Your family’s privacy.
What we keep, who can see it and how AI is used, in plain words.
- We never share or sell your family’s information.
- No ads, and nothing that follows you around the web.
- AI providers don’t keep your conversations or use them for training.
- You can delete anything you’ve added.
Only what ProParenting needs.
Your name and email to sign in, and whatever you choose to add.
- A nickname is enoughYou don’t need to give your child’s full name. A birthdate helps match advice to their age.
- What you write stays yoursNotes, journal entries and conversations are kept until you delete them.
- We count clicks, not wordsWe see things like which articles get opened, never what you write.
Your family’s details are yours to see.
- YouEverything, but only when you’re signed in. We check it’s your account before showing or changing anything. Children don’t have accounts.
- Our teamYour name, email and how often you use each feature, to run and improve ProParenting. Our tools don’t show your children’s details, notes, journal or conversations.
- Nobody elseWe never share or sell your family’s information.
Only to help you.
The AI providers we use don’t keep what’s sent or train on it.
- When you ask the AI AdvisorIt sees your question and the conversation. For a child, also their profile, recent notes and what it remembers.
- Never your journalUnless you tap Suggest a title or Suggest tags for an entry.
- Not your voiceSpeaking is turned into words, and the recording isn’t kept.
